Web Site Designer - intern 

Websites Kitsap has an opening for a entry level web site design position - IT Tech (internship - non paid). Gain valuable experience.

Professional Requirements:

  • Able to multi-task.
  • Must enjoy all aspects of computers and software.
  • Desire to learn new technology and apply new techniques and methods learned.
  • Positive, self motivated, upbeat personality.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working toward obtaining AA degree in IS/IT.
  • Have fun on the job.
  • CompTIA Network+ and A+ certified.
  • Network+ certification ensures that the successful candidate has the important knowledge and skills necessary to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate and configure basic network infrastructure, describe networking technologies, basic design principles, and adhere to wiring standards and use testing tools.

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of or partial knowledge of how to use Flash, Swish, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Joomla, Expression Web 3, Dreamweaver.
  • Develop all areas of the web: function, analytics, SEO, architecture and aesthetics.
  • Help desk environment, troubleshooting.
  • Using remote software.
  • Installing anti-virus software, troubleshooting computer issues by remote support.
