1. How Often do you update your email lists?

Answer: Our databases are updated in real time, so un-subscribers are immediately removed and new subscribers are immediately added. Plus, our system automatically cleans our databases of closed email account addresses.

2. Will I ever be accused of Spam?

Answer: No, all of our recipients are double opt-in and have agreed to receive emails.

3. Can I change my email message / links  and or logo / picture?

Answer: Yes, we can change your email message before we start sending it out. But once the first email goes out, the email message and or pictures cannot be changed till the following month. On the month to month plan.

However, when you prepay - signup on the yearly plan you have the option of sending out two different emails per month. One email message and links sent for two weeks and your other email message and links sent for two weeks, then you can again change your email message and links on the following month, if you wish. 

4. Can I send any ad - message I wish?

Answer: No - Illegal messages, messages that promote terrorist activities, links to terrorist websites, scams, hate emails, or adult phrased text, adult pictures, or adult index links are not allowed. (see "How It Works" above)

Websites Kitsap will not send out any emails that promote or contain any of the following:

• Illegal activity such as hate speech, or discrimination in any form
• Threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property
• No URL web links to adult sites or sites that are illegal
• No adult pictures
• No foul language in email message
• We reserve the right to not accept any clients email messages that we deem are unacceptable
